Mallory Froese, RMT
Mallory is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She is inspired by the complexity of the human anatomy and through that inspiration, focuses on finding the root of the problem rather than treating the surface issue. By delivering an interactive therapy of assessment and homecare, Mallory educates her clients about their condition and provides tools to help further their healing. A firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself, Mallory is passionate about helping people find their way to sustained health and giving them the ability to live their best lives.
Before settling into her career, Mallory traveled around the world, working on sailboats and luxury yachts. She enrolled in a massage course in Germany, which reignited her high school passion for massage, anatomy, and pain free movement. Motivated to make this her calling, Mallory returned to Kelowna and enrolled in massage school.
Mallory provides a whole-body approach to help her patients regain balance within all systems. This is achieved using a variety of techniques designed to promote structural and functional alignment. Treatment combines: Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Joint Play, Myofascial Release, and Swedish Massage.
Mallory is excited to have the opportunity to apply her knowledge and work in a career she loves, which offers unlimited room for growth and learning. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, rock climbing and dancing.
